Affirmations
Gratitude
Each page has a daily check-in for cycle syncing, self-care, affirmations, and gratitude, plus a lined page for free writing.
You’re human, life happens, and this journal totally gets it. It’s happy to hang out until you’re ready to come back.
Looks good on your desk, feels good in your hands, and actually gets used (a rare combo!)
Cycle Syncing (for your body)
Your cycle affects everythingggg—your mood, energy, creativity, patience. Naming your phase and recognizing how your body feels gives you the power to work with your body instead of fighting against it (bc you’re not crazy, you’re probably just in luteal)
Affirmations (for your mind)
This is your daily reminder to be the voice you can count on, and write down what you need to hear today. Affirmations can calm your nervous system, bring comfort, and slowly build self-trust and confidence that sneaks into your everyday.
Gratitude (for your soul)
Gratitude won’t erase the tough stuff, but it will help you spot the light hiding in between. This section is your lil pause to notice what’s good, even on the heavy days. And once you start looking for joy, you begin to see it everywhere.
Self-Care (for taking action)
Putting your own needs at the very bottom of the list (or pretending you don’t need them at all) is so oldddddd. This section nudges you to name the thing you need. Your version of self-care can shift every day, but it always deserves a spot on your list.
Lined Page
The plain lined page is ready for whatever else is on your mind. Some people use it to brain dump, some use it for manifestation. Play with different things and see what feels good.
oh hi, Don't forget to take these permission slips:
Your value is not contingent on your productivity (I pulled that one straight from the Affirmation Deck)
You don't always have to put yourself last to be a good person. You deserve to let other people care for you too.
Adulting is so exhausting. It's okay to have some fun with your inner child and bring more play into your grown-up routines.
