Affirmations
Gratitude
A space to honor what your body is going through. Your cycle affects everythingggg—your mood, energy, creativity, patience. By naming your phase, you can cut yourself some slack and shape your days around your body’s natural rhythm. It gives you the power to work with yourself instead of pushing against it (bc you’re not “crazy,” you’re just in luteal, babe).
A space to notice what your body (and brain) need today. When you’re always showing up for everybody else, it’s easy to put your own needs at the very bottom of the list (or pretend you don’t need them at all). This section nudges you to name the thing you need—canceling plans, cooking a comfort meal, asking for help, or pushing laundry to next week (do it to it, girl). Self-care can shift every day, but it always deserves a spot on your list.
A space to write what you most need to hear. This is your daily reminder to be the voice you can count on, and write down what you need to hear today. Affirmations can calm your nervous system, bring comfort, and slowly build the kind of self-trust and confidence that sneaks into every part of your life.
A space to name what’s good right now. Gratitude won’t erase the tough stuff, but it will help you spot the light hiding in between. This section is your lil pause to notice what’s good, even on the heavy days. And once you start looking for joy, you begin to see it everywhere.
A space to give your thoughts somewhere to land. The lined right-hand page is alllll yours. Write bad poetry. Dump your thoughts. Plan your dream trip. Whatever you need to unload, this section is a safe space for all of it.
your work doesn't define your worth
Being human was never meant to be measured in checklists or deadlines. Life is sweeter when you don’t rush through it.
You deserve good things too
Self-care is making space for yourself in the middle of everything else, not saving it for the moment you’re about to break.
what's life without some whimsy
Fun and play belong in your grown-up routines. Sprinkle it into the little moments because joy belongs in the everyday.
about the founder, janelle (hiii!)
When I was going through the worst burnout, anxiety, and grief I’ve ever experienced, I needed something that supported me and held space for being human. So, I made it.
My hope is that these pages do the same for you and give you a cozy place for your thoughts, your lists, and your scribbles, for whatever season you’re in. You’re never too messy, too behind, or too much to deserve care.
You’re enough as you are.
All it takes is a 15-minute session to plan your meals, make your grocery list, and take the “What should we eat tonight” question off your plate for the rest of the week.
